Abbacchio doesn't need to be overly careful with him, but Grimm appreciates it nonetheless. His hands clench and unclench in Abbacchio's hair, squeezing more tightly when Abbacchio does something he particularly likes.
He murmurs Abbacchio's name, interspersed with raspy moans, until finally - his voice gives out on him entirely. Groans are replaced just by harsh breathing, Grimm still mouthing the name even when he can no longer give it voice.
It does mean that when he wants Abbacchio to stop, he can't actually... say anything... so he just lightly tugs Abbacchio's head away from him and hopes that gets across his meaning.]
